These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dimly ("the app"), operated by Chris as an individual trader ("we", "us", "our"). By using Dimly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. User rules

Dimly is provided as a free web app for personal relaxation and sleep. When using the app, you agree that you will not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable or overload it.

Dimly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for any particular purpose.

The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health condition. If you have persistent sleep or health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
